Customer happiness is central to everything we do at NukhbaBuy. When a product doesn’t meet your expectations, we step in to straighten things out.
📦 Returns
You have 7 days from the day you receive your order to decide whether to send an item back. To qualify, products must never have left the original packaging, still carry all labels, and never have been used. Few product categories—like personal care, hygiene, and sale-final items—can’t be returned.
💰 Refund Processing
After we receive and check the returned item, we’ll email you an update. If the return is approved, we’ll credit your original payment method in 7–14 business days. What you paid for shipping won’t come back, except when we’ve sent a defective product or made another mistake.
🔁 Exchange Protocol
Want a different size, shade, or a fresh product? Please request an exchange rather than a refund. We’ll check whether your choice is still in stock.

Did your order arrive damaged or incorrect? Let us know within 48 hours of the delivery date. Send us photos so we can tackle the issue without delay.
